Deer Creek Village is a 48-unit development with a mix of 3 and 4 bedrooms, located at 2361 Betty Court in Bellevue, Nebraska. As always, our project includes energy efficient appliances, in-unit laundry, large closets, and modern kitchens. A community building serves as a gathering place and includes a lounge area and oversized kitchen along with a fitness center, lounge area and computer stations. In the Spring of 2019 this area experienced severe flooding causing a loss of nearly four hundred homes. Our development was crucial to the community, as so many families were displaced. We are excited to expand our footprint and offer incredible affordable housing for families in Bellevue. Deer Creek Village is professionally managed by Seldin Management Company.
